CHINA Five-Layer Blown Agricultural Film Extrusion Machine Line M5N-24000
The five-layer co-extrusion 24-meter ultra-wide agricultural greenhouse blown film machine has successfully been installed in Changchun, China. Another benchmark project for Jinming Machinery, continuously empowering customers to enhance their market competitiveness.
This customer is a well-known supplier of releated chain for agricultural greenhouse. Since the coorperation in 2012, Jinming's machine and services have consistently earned their recognition and trust. With expanded production capacity, this year marks the installation of Jinming’s fourth agricultural film production line: the M5N-24000(ive-layer co-extrusion blown film machine).
This production line features Jinming’s newest-generation agricultural film technology, with a total extrusion capacity of up to 4100 kg/h and a maximum daily output of 78 tons per machine. It will provide strong support for the customer’s expansion in the agricultural film market.
The newly designed extrusion system provides high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticization. The barrel adopts a smooth structure, and the discharge port is equipped with a spiral groove-type cooling water channel, ensuring uniformity and suitability for processing various materials.
The Large-Sized Agricultural Film Die Head
Machine equipped with a five-layer co-extrusion central feed with a spiral core rod structure, the die head has a diameter of Ф3000mm and all core components are precisely machined using the German DMG DMU 600 FD seven-axis five-linkage machining center, ensuring high precision and quality of the mold.
